Absolutely LEGEND, sadly both aren’t at the same level to interview him. Asked very shallow questions “what’s the difference between Iraqi & Lebanese cuisine? - you like potato inside shawerma” seriously?!!! Food is culture, anthropology and philosophy and far beyond these questions.. so sad that the interview didnt tap into any of this.

I grew up hearing of chef Antoine. I have never seen certain sides of him. To me he was always a figure of redicule. People made fun of the things he says. This episode has shown how passionate, knowledgeable, professional, cultured, humble, ethical, principled and Kind hearted person he is. Thank you Sarde. All the love to Chef Antoine.
