I miss the 2D commercials because they were vibrant and hyperactive, the very thing that made people want to buy Cheetos, now it's just done in CGI, Chester is now realistic and has little character unlike the OG commercials. When I watch the new Cheetos commercials now I don't immediately begin to crave them like I do when I watch the 2D commercials, I'm just thinking that it's going to be the next corporate live action movie like Alvin and the Chipmunks or the Smurfs!

I was thinking about Chester Cheetah the other day and got so tickled thinking about the "dangerously cheesy" catchphrase and how he was on the bags cranking up the "cheese lever" past "Very Cheesy" and "Extremely Cheesy" all the way to "DANGEROUSLY Cheesy". Like, he's going around the Cheeto factory causing mayhem by increasing the amount of cheese to DANGEROUS levels all so that we get to enjoy these delicious, messy, cheesy snacks. It's so ridiculous it's hysterical! Also it's funny considering that cheese is like the 5th listed ingredient in Cheetos.

This video bring my memories back. I remember those kind of Cheetos I ate so far on that commercial back in 2000s as kid.

Chester Cheetah: I’m a cool daddy-o rockin on the patio, when before my very eyes I see cheese materialize. Then my funky jive takes a dive for the cheese that goes crunch! It’s not easy bein cheesy.
