Others have said that too. Maybe ours is a little snappier. I does take getting all your body weight into it and finding the sweet spot of throttle control.

Great video!! I did the same to my Tao 110 now I just sold it and the daughter wants this one. I kept stable in the gas and it never gave me no problems. Had it for 6 yrs. What site did you get it from. Sorry if you had mentioned it I might have missed it. Thank you in advance.

What size of rear wheel nut does it take ?

I have the same atv but mine doesn’t turn on anymore?

Any one know how to stop that deadly vibration when u open it up.

Bought mine at 40 hours. Sitting at 98 hours right now been unbelievable fun perfect for me I’m 25 first quad I’ve ever ridden well worth it

You can change the sprockets. Depending on your sprocket tooth choice it will either make it accelerate quicker w slower top speed or accelerate slower w higher top speed.

change the carb jet. there are 2 jets inside the carb..the idler jet and the main jet if you increase those jet sizes the engine uses more fuel but it does go alot faster be careful tho to much and you risk flooding it. also look into a better cdi.....the cheap chinese ignition boxes arent the best build

Nope. Stock carb, stock jets. With running ethanol free gas I haven’t needed to clean the carb out yet.

Depends on the hill... My yard has decent hills and its got plenty of power for that. Any trails we have been to have been flat.

It’s not very fast. Being a single speed limits it. Using it in a smaller area it can feel quite quick though. Especially for kids.

i got one last week for free 2012 has been used in 4 years i charge battery started and drives im going to change oil and put fresh gas and look over it wanted to know what should i be looking for and also where can i get front tires

Nice find. Sounds like you got the basics figured out. Clean/change the air filter. Maybe just check if there are any grease nipples you can fill, check chain slack and lube that as well, check over nuts and bolts for anything loose. For tires Amazon works or local shop. You may need a shop to install anyways but the tires there will cost more. Check the size you have now before you buy but likely you can pickup something like these for it: amzn.to/3Oqn6y0

Do you keep your tire pressure @ 5psi like manufacture recommends?

5 will give you good traction. We run around 10 so we can drift around better on the grass.

Mine is fun on small tracks and cor ers, but its very tiring on straight aways

Yes it’s not fast enough and too much vibration on straight trails.

You should try putting a winch and a plow and see if it works

I’m not sure anymore. I even checked my wheel spacer order and it doesn’t say.

I've got this and the 125 dirt bike...def not a Honda, you get what you pay for, if something on the tao is less than you prefer, upgrade it..

These things are super cheap to fix not the greatest bike but for your kid you can’t complain

I would say it’s too small for you to use anywhere but your backyard. Most atvs are multi gear manual transmissions. The trans in this is single speed. But not the same kind as a snowmobile or car with at cvt. This is literally just one gear trying to balance enough torque with enough top speed based on the sprocket choices.

It's the same as a coolster that I have same boby same lights and same wheels. I issue with it is it has no speed after a certain RPM it sounds like it's screaming for another gear.

Being a single speed it will top out quick if you have the room to open it up. The top speed is made for kids safety I assume.

I’ve had one for over a year, put 50 hours on it bought it at 40. I weigh 200lbs so it’s working hard. Has been a blast. Ridden dry and hung up wet just change the oil and hope you get the 1/3 good motors that come on these Chinese quads

Yes that will work. Not what it’s intended for but yes it will work fine. For reference I’m 5’11 165. It’s really for my kids who are obviously much smaller.

Should be easy fix. As you saw in my review the headlights are basically useless.

Looks like you barely have half of the wheel spacer threads fastened by the wheel nuts. Typically want to see a decent amount of thread coming out of those nuts no? Your most likely not even utilizing much of the blue vinyl thread lock built into the nuts?

Yes you are correct. They didn't loosen up but I did end up using locktite on them later.

These small ATVs are intended for children and possibly teenagers, but not for adults! Everyone expects special performances and abilities! In this case you need to buy something more serious!
