I agree with the 8.1, solid review. I found the thing to be not very spicy at all. The peppers are pickled so they lose alot of kick, if they were fresh, I think it would bump it to 9.0.

Hey Anthony, it's your cousin Mike. when I saw your John's Deli review, I wanted to tell you if you want to do a review of great Chinese take-out in Brooklyn pretty much around the corner from the house on Harway Avenue. It's right next door to La Casa Bella, the Italian restaurant. It's called New China Moon and has been a neighborhood fixture for close to 35 years. And it's not only the best Chinese take-out, but the best Chinese food outside of the old-style Cantonese hole-in-the-wall luncheonettes in Chinatown. The only other old-style restaurant in Brooklyn is called Silver Star, on 18th Avenue near 62nd Street, but they aren't as good as New China Moon. You will not be disappointed. if you are going to do it, let me know when and I'll try to go with you. I know the owner Eddie from when he first opened the place.
