Cheesy everything pepperoni bagels using starter discard/yeast

Recipe:
4 cups all purpose flour
 one packet or 1 tablespoon active or rapid rise yeast
 2 tablespoon  of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cup warm water
One cup sourdough, starter discard

Mix all dry ingredients first then mix water with sourdough starter and combine .
Mix dough to form a dough ball and let rest for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size .
 After the rise, you can form your bagels, let them rest for 10 to 15 minutes as the water starts to boil to poach them.  poach bagels for 10 to 20 seconds on each side.
Make sure your oven is preheated to 425° once you have poached all your bagels ,bake bagels for 20 to 25 minutes .

    I have not tried messing with sourdough starters at all. But these look amazing! I'm the same with bagel textures needs to be soft inside 💜
