Ingredients:

10 grams baking powder
360 grams of cottage cheese (rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind with an immersion blender so that there are no lumps of cottage cheese in the dough
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
500ml vegetable oil
powdered sugar
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. (I have an electric stove up to 6, I fry at 4)
Be careful the oil is hot
You will have some butter left over, so you can make a double batch for 80 balls. Just double all the ingredients
