No gorgeous buns like that in this country unless you're in NYC or somewhere huge with variety. I could never find those buns in my city near Detroit. Why not keep the white inside the pepper--that is where so much flavor is kept--good texture, too.

Mugdha Mg it’s a natural skin, basically to make a sausage, minced meat that has spiced in some way such as pork and fennel is popular or just beef sausages is simply beef minced that’s piped into a natural casing. Most people at least in Australia don’t cut the sausages in half. It’s basically a hotdog except sausages use quality meat, hotdogs don’t.

Gina, that word is capsicum, all peppers have capsicum so he's using a pepper with a little or a lot of heat, depending on his preference, I've enjoyed watching all hese recipes from Curtis and last night I made his Oven roasted chicken. I was so perfect and juicy. My family loved it.

Gloria DeBlasio In Australia we don’t think of these as a chilli or pepper as Americans call it, to us it’s a capsicum, it has zero heat, it’s quite refreshing raw in a salad or great in stir fries or many other dishes. 🐨
