Ten children at the table, all eating politely in silence, enjoying what is on the plate without fuss. No phones, no toys, just excellent table manners. Praise to their parents. The nature surroundings, your cheese making and oven baking takes me back to my childhood in the village. If it wasn't for the language barrier, I would move to Azerbaijan tomorrow 😀

@@anweshachakraborty8029 انه جلد الماعز او الشات ( النعجة ) عند ذبحها يسلخ بعناية لعدم ثقبه ثم ينضف ويدبغ ويستعمل لخض اللبن الرائب بعد تعبئته به لاستخلاص الزبدة .كنت اساعد امي في عملية الخض عندما كنت طفلا في السادسة من عمري للمتعة طبعا هذا كله قبل وصول الكهرباء الى قريتنا وبعد ذلك بدا الاعتماد على الاجهزة الكهربائية في هذه العملية . ذكرتني بطفولتي شكرا لك .

It's great to see someone who understands this! In my childhood, my relatives brought us sheep's cheese in just such skins. We, the Chechens, call them kitt. The taste of cheese is good when it is still young and not completely soaked with salt. Its core is especially tasty. It is salad-colored - soft, tender and very tasty. It was this cheese that I ate only once in my life, somewhere in 1980, and I still remember its taste. God bless you!

Tavakkul you are certainly an extraordinary cook and a man with a big heart. I saw the other day it was your Birthday and you turned 50 congrats I' am nearly 6 years older than you . I was surprised at how many days it took for the cheese to procure amazing and from sheep's milk as lambs are too young to produce milk lol. Азербайджан тесно связан с Природой 🍂, и всё что там готовится из Эко продукции.Спасибо за обзор технологии приготовления овечьего сыра! Всё детство периодически ела его с домашним лавашем и с калмыкским чаем на буйволином молоке.Мешочек из овечьей шкуры уникальный способ для хранения сыра, со временем так он созревает лучше, и вкус насыщенее.Да и хранить можно несколько лет.И детей покормили и о животных не забыли😊! Щедрой Души Человек! Сегодня подписалась! Хорошие видео рецепты, Благодарю за интересные обзоры!
