Me too. M trying to cook it at home, but I need of the recipe
Never have I thought to make a fried egg filled with an omelet drenched in a fried boiled egg mixed with water and cheese then topped off with a sunny side up egg. That's 4 different ways to cook an egg all in one dish lol all I can think of is the bowels have to be going nuts after eating that.....

please dont try this.. even all indians wont be able to digest this extremely spicy food.. the taste will be good but hard to digest.. you can try to prepare the dish according to your spice level..

Egg mixture- 2,3 eggs.Add add salt,,green chilli,coriander leaves,processed che seonion as per your taste. add oil on pan and put this mixture... just make slice of them as per video.. take off egg...then add oil , yellow egg ,onion,tomato, green chilli, salt, coriander powder, butter,coriander leaves, red chilli paste, water smash nicely.garnish with cheese, and amul cream.
He's very subtle with garnishing

Actually issue is they are not made different gravy, if u eat any item taste is same, basically if u love to eat eggs item than it is only made in Surat. Here it is actually not a cofta, it js just a roll of omlette and gravy.
