Cheese Class Promo

Fr. Pat and Deacon Fred will be assisting and providing comic commentary.

    In getting your milk,, be sure that you do not get ultra pasteurized milk. Reg pasteurized is fine, just not ultra. Ultra has an expiration date about a month off, if the milk expires in a week to 10 days it is fine.

    Another quick dish I am going to show you is a lemon ricotta pasta. If you cook with me, have a package of cooked spaghetti, olive oil and grated rind of 2 lemons (separated). You will be able to have dinner immediately, maybe some French or Italian bread.9

    You might want to have a glass of wine ready or your favorite beverage to drink while cooking. Also, you might want to have some cooked pasta, Parmesan and meat sauce so you can enjoy your fresh ricotta for dinner.

    I'm no cook, but I am a foodie, and watching this whetted my appetite. But...did I miss the part about Catholicism?
