Hi Srikala, nice recipe. I have a question. When we simmer bread for 5 minutes even on very low flame won't the bread burn below? I have tried bread pizza before and if I toast the bread pizza for more than 2 minutes the bottom part becomes black even after using heavy bottom pan. How do you prevent it from happening?

Hello, we made this yesterday for dinner and it came out very well. But have one issue and tell me how to overcome this. When you keep the bread with all the fillings on the tava, the bottom bread gets burned and a black coat comes on that. On the second attempt, we tried by adding some butter on the non-sick tava and tried. Even then the bottom portion of the bread facing the tava gets burned. Tell me how to overcome this issue and what's your TIPs on this.

Processed cheese is a mixture of many different types of cheeses, or a single type of cheese at different stages of ripening.. so, if u wanna make it at home, u will either need to learn to make more than one type of cheese at home or to have more than one type of cheese at home.. u can make mozzarella at home.. der r many videos of it in KZread.. its healthier and easier also.. so, give it a try..
