Yea... We really need to see the cheese sauce recipe

I made the exact recipe yesterday itself and i made the cheese sauce myself by melting 1½ cup grated processed cheese (double boiler method) with 2-3tbsp milk aur 1 tbsp salted butter and once melted i blended it with a hand blender. It was absolutely resembling the taste of dominos cream cheese!!

Can I use a whisk...I mean I have a blender too but that fails to work with lesser amounts...u can understand....

@@neerajsingla6850 ohh i tend to use a narrow bottom utensil like a glass or so when there are lesser amounts to be blended with hand blender.. But yeah you can also use whisk, it works as well.

par stir fry with half the Schezwan sauce , use the remaining half to spread it raw and top it with par fried veggies . Use non strick tawa and a heat stand , place bread on medium flame for 15 mins observe how cheese melts
