As a Canadian, the poutine was made wrong. Fries and hot gravy that melts the cheese is required. you can add chicken if you like but Fries, gravy and melted curd cheese is required where the gravy melts the cheese.

For those who aren't familiar: corn oil is used as neutral oil in Brazil, just like sunflower oil or vegetable oil. They have told it was corn oil here, but it probably works with those as well or anything with the same role. Edit: Don't make that dish, it's bs.
