Cheeky recommendation, HIKMICRO FALCON handheld recently upgraded their product.

A hand held thermal is almost a must for the modern hunter. The new HIKMICRO FALCON has an improved thermal imagery NETD from 35MK to 20MK, in other words it is able to pick up the smallest heat signatures which is great when the animal is in heavy cover like tall grass.

Hey Stu .. Damian here from NZ ...my experience with thermals is pretty limited but about 6 years ago a mate of mine bought a xp 38 pulsar handheld and at the time and probably 5 years before that alot of the pine forest around our area was being converted into dairy farms and when converted the wild animals pigs and deer were pushed back to the areas that couldn't be converted Gullies and steep hill sides but would still feed in the areas they use to feed on which were now paddocks so we would drive our public tarseal roads highways and thermal the new paddocks and the game were everywhere we shot bugger all but seen alot with the thermals. So fast forward to now at xmas 2022 i treated myself and purchased a little hik micro lynxs 6 something i could afford 800 NZ dollars and on the black Friday special a Olight the Javelot 400 NZ dollars and a new Bushnell Scope 400 NZ dollars for my Brno 1951 ...7x57 rifle. So im hunting the same paddocks now and like you said i spot with my lynxs get my wind right and stalk in on with the Olight done deal . The lynx does me fine but one day ill up grade to the falcon they look mean.. love your videos bro cheers

Not sure on all the tech stuff or deals to be had mate, however, it is supposed to be pretty impressive.

Apparently thermals don't pick up Zombies as they are not warm bodied!
