That was a awsome spar session! Cheko"(Dont know if I spelled or heard his name right) Did a good job fighting on the inside and being aggressive straight up harassment .. Not lettting the taller fighters use there range. Body shots to tire em out and force em to shell ... The other 2 youth Eric and Ron are some tough playa's not letting cheko hit the liver or diaphram.. I think throwing a quick jab and a stiff cross and moving out/pivoting to the side could keep the space.. Cheko just takes the hit to get inside he does Bob and weave to enter the inside aswel but he is down to absorb some shots to stay there haha. Great coaching too! Best of luck in the future !

Appreciate the feed back, you spelled his name almost correctly hahaha, it is Checo. We are still working on how to better get into the inside without getting hit and use the jab more effeciently. Thanks for your comment, more videos to come.
