With moving the bischop this diagonal, you don't have to take the pawn. You can also take the rook. 1. Bd5 Rxc8 2. c6-c7 ++ Just another solution

White moves the bischop to c7, checkmate. Black King is checked by the rook. b8 is covered by the rook, b7 by the pawn
1. Bd5 Ra7. 2Pc7 Rb7 NOT MATE IN TWO.
