Sir itna koi issue nhi apne brick work krate time agar 6mm ya 8mm ka steel bhi provide kraya hoga 24" to 30" k baad tab bhi problem nhi h

If your contractor has given Lintal beam above door and window, it will enough to resist load and prevent crack. Don't worry much.

As per my knowledge at joints between colum and brick we use chicken mesh are we provide groove to prevent from surface cracking

Groove is provided for identifying column and wall; also if any cracks appears gets hidden.

Sir, is there a necessity to check the horizontal level of each layers of the brick with dori or spirit level? My Mistiri was making some of the layers 5 to 10 degree from horizontal base and I couldn’t give him the reason not to do it except it being non-aesthetic which could easily be covered up by plaster.

After 24 hours you can do it. But best you do it after 48 hours.

Plinth beam alone is sufficient for making strong bond but if soil condition is not good then you may put both of these.

In RCC building, does brick need to take any load of the building.

Bricks don't take any loads instead rcc beams and columns bear weight of bricks

opc is generally used when we need early strength like in breeze construction and government plans. It has quick adhersive properties. In general we may use it in column, beam, slab costing. Opc is little costly than ppc. Whereas ppc is most oftenly used in general construction like plastering, brick work, flooring. It is less resistance of cracks but has offer nice workability. Opc cement is made with 75% cement clinker , 25% Gypsum. ppc cement is made of 75% cement Clinker 5% gypsum and 20% of fly ash.

Mixing of both white and brown sand for economical type. Brown is best option for preventing cracks and give strong adheresiveness.

If you're having rcc beams you can continue 9 inch only in exterior walls and 4 inches in interior walls

Provide inverted beam on 1st floor wherever you want to put 9" inches brick masonary wall. It make easy with great strength in above floor. This applicable in frame structure .
