I just figured out how to use the barbecue pit. You need to hold out a fish, and then you should be able to place it in the pit, where it will start cooking.

Heya, dunno if u checked the wiki, if not, heres a quick guide to tht: Yellow spice: 10 yellow flowers Orange spice: 10 orange flowers Blue spice: 10 blue flowers Flour: 10 wheat (self explanatory lol)
