You should let someone take care of your socials like Talbot does for Lionel. Your brand would explode. Especially with that sick kit

Please stay authentic, Sam!! This is what makes you-YOU!! You are unique. It is inspiring to watch your videos: you manage your time so well while juggling family life, training consistently and racing all around the world….. And win the races, too!!! For age-group athletes like myself your homemade videos are more relatable👍❤

It’s awesome to see your growth these past years, especially in terms of your mindset. Even the way you address unconstructive comments like “you suck at swimming” - you’re so much more confident in yourself and see that these comments don’t actually matter. Really inspiring! We’re roughly the same age and it’s so cool to see how you’re evolving as an athlete and person. I’m taking keen notes and am rooting for you all the way! Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re killing it!!!

You are amazing!!! I know your swim coach is a great guy but he is missing the form things that could elevate your swim! In OW water you spear with your right hand/arm (it doens’t look like you do this as much in the pool) the other big thing is your elbow drops after your hand enters the water (on both sides) which causes a power loss on the catch. You want your elbow/arm to be slightly bent and it’s like it’s going over a barrel. It looks pretty solid out of water but you don’t hold it underwater. That is a lot of power/speed loss. You don’t have to take my word for it! You can watch your own swim videos and then watch a video about doing a high elbow catch. then the pull the whole arm goes deep to further engage the lats - which you do great with! Please check into it b/c it will make a difference on your speed!! Also- I think you are great without a media person! Whatever works best for you but you do a great job on editing and content!

Hey Sam, i think its great you doing your style of videos/ and self coaching. And also good swimmers are that way because they started early on, that doesn't make you a bad swimmer, it just your competition have so much of a gap and time in the water compared to you. (i assuming you did start swimming in your early years).
