will it work if you haven't install any oracle database in your pc

Heloo I have another issue..could you pls help out? The issue is while creating the powercenter repository service in the administration Console page it says that the repository service is unavailable .What should I do to resolve this issue. Kindly help me out ASAP. Thanks in advance. In the logs the error is The repository at this location is called PCRS And another one is Repository name found in this location does not match the one expected

On your computer, go click on ''This PC' then click on the 'downloads' directory and then extract the file there, then right-click on the 'setup' and run as administrator
