here after today's horrible incident at the Euros to refresh my own knowdlege. couldn't live with myself knowing a life could have been saved but reacted the wrong way. this is so important and should be planted in everyone's brain from an early age.

if u hv pale palms press your finger my friend does that alot and its all ways pink when she presses it
