Check this out before going to Bacchanal dinner buffet in Las Vegas

Bacchanal buffet located inside Caesar’s Palace is one of the most expensive in Las Vegas. It is worth mentioning that it also has the most food offerings. We went on a Saturday evening, and due to serious traffic along the strip, we were about 2 hours late. But they somehow allowed us to dine which was nice since they weren’t allowing walk ins that night. Which leads me to warn - make reservations if planning on going to Bacchanal. Wow has that buffet gone downhill fast. There was a time you'd never see spilled food or anything that looked remotely as bad as that sushi station there. It was a world class buffet. It obviously isn't now. A lot of the food looked tired and like it had sat way too long. Even what didn't didn't look like particularly good quality. I've seen tighter run Golden Coral locations. It's sad to see really. I sure wouldn't pay the asking price for that.
