Beautiful home. I love the screen in patio but the window in the hallway is a game changer ( for me). I love the lighting from all angles.

Overpriced, but Bethesda is located in one of the wealthiest counties in the nation. There are plenty of people in the DMV who would pay full price or enter bids +$200,000.00 over asking without a second thought. Favorite features: Side Entrance/mud room and Covered Patio. Least Favorite Feature: A $3M+ home should have a 2-car garage that actually fits 2 cars.

Hey Tati, blessings. I love this house and I agree with you, the covered outdoor patio is my favorite also. But honestly...this isn't a 3.2 million dollar home, and you know I live in NYC (where everything is pricey!). Thank you for sharing this beautiful property.

Have y’all seen the toll brothers wharhol construction in great falls. Is off route 7 in VA. This isn’t touching it at all. 3.195 mil is diabolical

I don’t get this current housing market at all. Realistically you’d need to have a 750k to 1 million per year annual household income to afford this home. That’s much less than 1% of the US population. On top of that, this looks like a 1 million dollar home at best. Homes are overpriced and with the current high interest rates, this market makes 0 sense to me.
