I actually have a KZread channel that I set up to be able to watch the .mov format home videos from my old Kodak Easyshare camera. It was my family when my kids were little at Disney World. KZread took the videos down. 😢

@@TheVillagesChief they never told me, but maybe because there was copywrited music playing in the background. It was just ambiant sounds, not like a deliberate recording but I've had other friends had that issue with home movies. I have no video editing skills so it was just raw video that I uploaded.

So glad you're back. You and Gridley were missed. Looking forward to videos with your new toys. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year if we don't see you before than... and even we do.

@@TheVillagesChief fyi, I did in fact try it, once the remote sees the camera and has GPS you can plug it into a USB c cable to keep a charge on it. Sweet!

I bought the version that you now have (x3) about 6 months ago thanks to your high quality videos. I love the footage but find editing very time consuming. Can I ask what software and platform (ios, laptop, phone)? I have tried several but the learning curve on some is steep.

Hey Chief - you did a video earlier in the year discussing switching from Genesis to the Villages FIT club. Are you still at FIT and would you recommend it?

Yup I’m still using it and very happy with it. They did just open a planet fitness nearby I might checkout but so far the fit club is just fine, only thing I don’t like it closes at 8pm during the week, I wish it was open til 9pm. If you’re ok with the hours it’s great, highly recommend it.

Can the lens on the 2 be filled and polished?
