Cooking delicious chebureks.
During the cooking process, approximately 3 kg of chebureks were made, and minced meat (1,6 kg) was prepared and frozen for future chebureks.

RECIPE
Stuffing (3 130 g):
750 g beef
1000 g pork
810 g onions
100 g parsley (optional)
100 g of dill (optional)
3.5 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon mix 4 peppers
1 teaspoon nutmeg
350 ml of water.
Dough (1,616 g):
1,150 g premium flour
460 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt.
