I relate with the story 101%. She is like narrating my life story, talk of the people pleasing , and the imposter syndrome, wallowing myself in alcohol just to fit in. Spending so much to people to still keep them around. Oh Lynn ,ghai, This month is my month of self awareness

@Cherono! Those people who left when you most needed them were not friends. They were seasonal takers who figured you had nothing left to offer. Your true friends are those that you gained during the time you were down. Sometimes that’s how God tastes you to show you who’s true and who’s fake in your circle ⭕️ of friends. ❤❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I relate so much with what Ronoh is talking about. From the self doubt, self sabotage, people pleasing, dimming my own light, friendship… and I love that I have gotten to watch this and know that people actually do go through these things. This is amazing. It’s come at a time when I’m on my journey to better myself and unlearn a lot of stuff that I had imprinted in my brain. Thank you so much Lynn for this and more power to you Ronoh ❤

The beauty is, she's still young and learning more about the most important things in life (money, relationships, purpose and intentionality) that most 23yr olds are not. God has a plan for her, meaning by the time this beautiful lady will be arriving at her destiny, she will be wise and well prepared. In God's eyes maintainance is key of the blessings he has for us that's why we go through ups n downs (we must pass through the fire to be the Gold we are meant to be). So keep pushing again and again and again and consider yourself blessed and Highly favored.

Dear Lynn thank you so much for bringing Ronoh, thank you so much to her for sharing. I am A Born again Christian,A prayer warrior,I fast I literally have a personal relationship with God but,I drink In secret. For some reason ,I have so much potential,a Mom to two boys and have gone through so much even abusive relationships and now,I just can't be unbusy and sober,I will literally go out to the supermarket and buy even two bottles of wine self aware of how I could spend that money on something better but,😢😢😢its like The one thing I am so unable to fight. Things are now looking up, my life is about to change through a Man who is so ready to marry me and me him. I really want to stop coz he's not into that at all!!! Watching this, gives me hope because, its one thing to be outright drinking and another to drink in secret. This episode is already giving me hope and I am not even half way in...Alcohol can really imprison you and affect your health, sleep, relationships OMG Ronoh, the abuse was so me too,So violent, almost to death!!! Personally I'm an Andrew Kibe fan ( that doesn't mean I agree witg everything he says) listening him being mentioned here in good light makes me glad, considering the fact that most Lynn Ngugi's fans are anti-Kibe. Everyone has a good side. My 2 cents. N/B: my genuine observation and sentiments.

Go Chebet and may there be many wins. Your content is therapy to most and sometimes to be shot far, you have to be pulled back, down, and hard. Looking forward to your massive impact. @ Lynn can't wait for the vulnerable you to be on the other side of the seat.

I enjoyed this interview! This young lady is beautiful, intelligent, the fact that she went through this at a young age and manage to turn around her life for better taking responsibilities for her own mistakes not blaming other people show how mature she is. Thank you Sis Ronoh for sharing your story it a blessing I will surely subscribe and watch her videos. Love from Namibia
