I like how pubbies are hard coping over it being a triple 279e platoon like as if it wouldn’t be EASIER to pull a result like this off in basically any hull down tank, chieftain, kran, minotauro, stb1, s conq, etc… hell a strv with low noise would be way better than a 279e in those back bushes. Also, if we camp u guys cry about us letting the team die but if we fight u cry about toxic 279e toon steeling all the damage… nobody’s ever happy about anything. To make this work you had to expose your hull a shit ton tho. What you mean? Rules most of the tanks out. Stp and strv would have taken pens - straight through the turret and by overmatching. Awesome battle still. I think you couldda pulled it off in chiefs too, but not really any other tank :/

none of these things matter when ur sitting hull down on top of the hill with a crossfire going, its no wonder the 279e in the bushes got the most damage, because the two 279e's on the hill had no gun depression to fight as much. so anything with a strong turret and more than 5 degrees of gun depression is already better than the 279e for this specific spot. ur rage boner for the 279e is copium

The old WoT theme brings me back, which reminds me now of the 8-bit game modes they had. Can’t find a mod that implements the 8-bit sounds - gun sounds, tanks getting spotted, base capture sound, engine sounds and battle music intro.

Its 1 in 1000 games in which platoon used 279e and got incredibly lucky with the way enemies played and plus 279e in corner that arty didnt focus a bit more and just killed it. Only because it is ridiculous game, doesnt mean it should completely change this map

Couldn't have been done in anything other than a 279e or if they had a strv low ground that didn't get yolo'd -- but it's true that WG needs to remove those bushes behind cap on either spawn because there's no reason for tanks like strv to be able to sit there and not get spotted until proxy distance.

Extra context for this which is why they're so urgent: It took like seven days of queuing up this platoon JUST FOR THIS ONE MATCH. They were going for specifically this map on this side in triple 279 and only got Mountain Pass twice, this being the second time. I know because I was there, for half of those days.

It's always hilarious how this idiot new generation of WOT zoomers think they're good using the most broken tanks in the most broken positions spamming all gold and hardly know weak-spots because all they do is spam all gold. I started playing in early 2012 and learned the old school way, so I actually know how to aim instead of just pressing 2 and using broken tanks. Sad this what "good" play in World of Tanks has become. Pressing 2 and using a premium account. One of the many reasons I don't play any more.
