Just did the bars on the same 05 FXDCI. Removed the battery and tray. Made manipulating the hemorrhoid a bit easier. Removed front and rear tank bolts and raised tank as much as possible. Removed a rubber plug from right side of frame just back from head tube. Made it easy to get at the last two plugs.

Try never dull from eagle. Come in a can, operates similar to steel wool but does a badass job on polishing metal or correcting oxidation.

I love to use the never dull with a small Piece of 000 on the other side and use them both in conjunction. Definitely try that out.

#0000 wire wool is great for most parts as long as ye not too rough but I also Highly recommend Thin cooking foil, the stuff that comes on a roll. Does wonders.

@@kentuckyjustice1408 Don't use coke as too acidic can cause issues later like some use bleach which strips the chrome as hydroclauric acid. Trust me, take ye take n see what it need n use the above #0000 wire wool and or thin alu foil, works wonders

I just got one of those alignment tools for my dyna for the rear wheel and I just wanted to know, I replaced the wheel bearings and rear tire about 200 miles ago but turns out after getting the alignment tool the rear tire was misaligned the whole time. Any chance to overthink if the bearings are bad now or am I overthinking it and the bearings should be good after only riding it for 200 miles that way.

We usually run a Feuling 574. Great Bolton cam usually make around 100 to 106 hp with a good pipe. Woods make great power they are good Cams they’re just a little noisy and tend to freak customers out so we don’t run them as much.

I’m trying to sell my 2010 FLHTK that’s loaded and pick up a dyna. It’s Black Ice Pearl and I figured people would jump all over it but no dice. I’d love to have this thing, would you guys be interested in trading? I’ve got a couple local guys that would give me cash on top of their dyna but I’d rather have something straight from Kruesi.

Keep the pipes, just fab up a tapered section to go 2-1 or something. Time is money so it’s not free but it’s cheap. Unless you got a pipe for it. Doing handlebars on an early model Dyna is like Anal….just a little pressure at a time, don’t go crazy, you don’t want to get a plug stick in there….all the more reason to have your non binary friend help you do the wiring or Trent 😂
