Please make sure when you buy a product from this shop then take proper warranty card with all the term and condition because when you will claim under warranty then they will show you a plane A3 paper printout which is written that the issue will be not covered under this warranty card. I am sharing my experience as the same thing happened with me. I bought a TV from this shop in the month of Oct. 2023. before 15 days i observed that there is a black spot on the tv scree. I called up to the shop they said we will update you but after lots of follow up they just shwon me a printout which is written dark spot is not covered under warranty. So if you still want to buy product from this shop then buy with your own risk. they will not entertain you.
