Where is it mentioned about VA panel couldn't find anywt

which one would you recommend? 5403AF Android TV or 5400 Google TV?

S5400a is HD ready tv while S5403af is full hd, full hd is always better than HD ready resolution. I haven't used Google tv hence can't comment. Hardware wise S5403af is better

@@motogpwin bro there is no 5400a model.. it's 5403A (Hd only). S5400 is FHD but google TV ok thanks

Any lag after say 30 minutes or so while watching KZread etc?

There is a lag of a few seconds when the TV is turned on for the first time and the home screen is loading, also when you open an app after start up there is a lag of a few seconds. Thereafter it works seamlessly. I guess it would slow down after a few months being run on Android which is expected at this price range

According to online comparison sites , S5400 has 1.5gb RAM and Google TV OS while S5403AF has 1 GB RAM and Android TV OS. More the RAM better the performance, but l haven't used Google TV OS hence can't comment on S5400. Best check at your local TCL store

How is the TV for long time use ?

I have been using it since October 23, for the price it is an excellent tv with 2 year warranty. Shortcomings are sound doesn't have bass, it gets loud but isn't to pleasant to hear. It isn't an IPS panel as someone has commented, but to me it is fine for the price. Initial boot up time is nearly a minute but thereafter it is ok in terms of lag. This has Android tv os , while there is another year older full hd 32" TCL tv with Google tv os and 1.5gb ram, compare it with this one as well. For the price I don't have any other complaint

Brightness is high, it's probably a VA panel not an IPS Panel, but picture quality is fine for me for the price
