There’s two differences about a dirtbike and a bike

E-bike did not make it because they are not made for climbing hills

Two bikes, completely different designs, and NOT built for the same purposes

It depends on the gearing and tires and weight distribution. And the voltage of the system. Higher voltage obviously is faster, but the dirt bike might just have higher volts which always means higher price, and it might have more low end torque but it might be way louder to ride around on the street at a higher speed. I'd rather have a quiet ride. And it's better to have a running start and get the bike rolling rather than forcing it to start from a standstill, your battery and motor and bike will last way longer if you do.
