I got the Phantomvenom pro couple of months back...and after removing the laces for washing i realised it doesn't really change the fit without the laces. But is it okay to use them without laces???

In my case, I don't know why but I tried the Pro and the Club versions and the Club felt better on my feet, and I ended up going with those (my wallet was happy about it too). I didn't try the Elite, as I think the price tag is a bit too high for someone who plays amateur, but that is just me. When I look for boots, I only go by how they feel on my feet. I've been playing over 30 years now, and I've never felt any difference on how good or bad I'm on the pitch with different brands or quality of boots. If Paul Scholes can play with 40 pound boots against Man City, I can too on a bumpy amateur pitch :)

Yeah I bought a pair and they kill my feet and take ages to put on. Do you know if it is just because the quality isn’t great. I was thinking of buying the most expensive ones but I don’t want it to be a repeat of the others. Thanks

Im still in kids sizes so only the club is available but for those of you who are downhearted because they can only affor the club or are in kids sizes i can tell you its still a very solid boot and i know the "fins" have almost no effect because theyre basically just a different material it is still useful for beginners, as you can easily tell with a quick downward glance where you need to hit the ball so for beginners in kids sizes i would definitely reccomend club Phantom VNMs

exactly, normally the venoms are 250 (elite) and with sales they are the same price as the takdown models

I bought the one for 250€. I have used it for 3 trainings and the soleplate has already started ripping.....

Don’t buy phantom venoms.. buy mercurial because 1st academy mercurials are way better than elite phantom venoms and mercurials soles don’t even rip a little.. they will go like 6 years on you, but buy the one with a collar Incase it’s too big for ur size and collar will squeeze your foot in and make it good.
