The most amazing thing for VFX lovers like us for videos like this is we get to see a particular effect and many other effects related to it. We can actually make a handful of effects with this particular tutorial, ofcourse, attaching our ideas with it. Thank you so much for it dude. Film riot, watch out brother. And as for next videos, rotoscoping really helps, I know but how about help us get some amazing visuals with the help of green/blue screen as well.

Joe Hut yep, for the longest time I used Cinema 4D and after effects thanks to their ease of use. I’ve since switched to using Autodesk Maya and Blackmagic Fusion/Davinci resolve. (Nuke is extremely expensive, fusion is essentially the same so why waste money)

  • @ItsJoeHut

@@krowwithakay Nuke is a blessing, I'll tell you that much! Too bad it is relatively new and they DO check for cracked versions and stuff. A guy I know got sued by them for using a cracked version (as a student), so he settled with them to buy a 3 year license, which is pretty expensive if you're a student.. I'll check fusion out, it looks like a Nuke rip-off, which is pretty interesting!

Really LOVE the things you do and show!.. Could you perhaps do something similar but using Psunami to flood the area , maybe around sort of a pillar that the character is standing on? There are hardly any good tutorials including nifty use of Psunami.... it would be really great to see how you’d solve something like that, maybe with some foam an spray where the water would hit to make it look more realistic... cheers Hans
