ICS stands for improved combat shelter. I mistakenly refer to it as the improvised combat shelter in the video.

My dad had a tent he bought at surplus from WW2. Slept 6. Thick canvas it was a beast. We used it for family vacation every year and it attracted a lot of admirers.

I got that ics for$50 but bought 3 of them love it down side is head height but it bombproof in a storm
