I can’t wait to go riding. I picked up a dragon 700 for my $1500 sled challenge. We got 16” of snow Sunday and it was gone yesterday. This video is making me remember what I forgot. The fun of full throttle yank going into bumps just because they will do it nicely.

My folks parted ways with the 700 swapped Indy and 700XCR That I grew up riding with my Dad. Can't say I didn't shed a tear that day. Y'all got me seriously considering going out of my way to build one up again. My Uncle, the first and original owner of them new in the 90s had them both seriously hopped up back when he used to race them. I am thinking I need to go knock on his door if I ever come home with a couple sleds 😂

This video preview reminds me of going up to Ontonagon with 15 others. About halfway through the week long trip “Radical Randy” decides he’s gonna enter this actual sno cross event we somehow just happen to stumble across. Radical Randy goes up against these legit racers on all new stuff meanwhile Randy is on an older 600 Polaris. He proceeds to whoop on almost all of them and comes away with a 2nd or third place win. He also came away with one messed up sled. I mean messed up. Holes in the belly pan from other peoples skis. Broken suspension parts. Now for the good part. Randy sold the sled to somebody just before the trip 😂. He had sold the sled and proceeded to take it on this trip and absolutely trashed it 😂😂😂. I never heard how that all turned out. This was circa mid to late 90’s. Randy’s nickname we gave him was Joe Rocket. Like the snowmobile gear 😂. He was like Frankie Unit. Only knew one way…….WFO. Ohhhh the good ole days.
