Hi THANKS for a great video. I ordered all the bits and pieces arrived within 4 weeks. Took a lot of your ideal took on a couple of others changed the wiring from the bucket button and changed with the small arm button makes it easier to control the upper and lower arms and bucket together at 72 it took about 10 hours to complete thanks to your video.

Do you upgrade the battery? I bet they have shorted life right? Oem 7.2v 700mAH you can add 7.2v 2000mAH same size but a lot more torque.

Oscar Bottazzi I’ve not upgraded battery yet as if I was to upgrade it to a lipo it might fry the board I might upgrade to esc’s.

Hey!! Great upgrades!! Did you have to do anything to your drive motor/gear setup to eliminate the slipper clutch gear because of the extra weight?? I have the double e excavator and did this

Eric Carberry hey man thanks. No I didn’t do any upgrades to drive motor it handles the weight just fine, I didn’t see it necessary at the moment. Oh ok cool, yeah I got one of them couple weeks ago £15 bargain 👍🏽😜

Working on mine later this week, thx for the video,, 😁 Ohh. And btw, there Are 3 different lengt avtivator, where shall one mount Them, i guess short at showel, medium at 1 and 2 arm, long one to body..

tommyharbofriis that’s good man👍🏽😎, no you won’t bust them. They just stop, on the end points, but if you hold your end points on to much you might ive not done this. You should be fine.👌🏽🍻

How are thd wires connected which digger wires go to which servo

Hi there rick sorry for late reply. I connected the servo wires to the motherboard of the digger. I didn’t show this. In the video. But you just replace the wires you take off from the original motors. And choose what controls you want best.

Great video. Do you think this upgrade is possible to do on the Top Race TR-211?

l1braman hello mate thank you very much for your comment, I’ve just looked that digger it looks very similar to the huina and I don’t see why not, same principle applies for that one, I have another digger that’s a copy of the huina and same type of mods could be done, so I would say give it a try buddy 👍🏽😬.

I'm more worried about the wiring where to connect them on the circuit board also I've never soldered anything before(god I sound like Scooby doo I'm afraid of everything) So while I'm waiting for them to arrive I'll get some much needed tools to help with transition. Andrew Reece hi mate. I wouldn’t try it. I don’t think the board can handle a lipo. I’m still running my stick battery on mine. Since doin all the mods to mine I’ve not done anything with it. As I got the truck and started to mod that aswel. But I might do some more mods to it when I get time. I’m in to micro scale Rc now mate. It’s better than the big stuff. There is a huina Facebook group that might be able to help. I’m on there. But I don’t share much on there lol I should really just not got time, I’ll send you the link bud. Cheers Lou

notda daddy hi mate sorry it didn’t notify me that I had a message. Thank you for your comments. It’s really kind of you. The servos are listed in the description , I got them from banggood . And I do customise them but not at the moment sorry I’ve to much going on. Kind regards Lou 👍🏽😊

You seem to have made a small mistake. Your main arm servo is installed too far away, preventing full travel. If you check on the official upgrade video by banggood, you can see you need to drill a new hole 59mm from another already present hole.
