Before buying flat, always calculate their carpet area and do the deal. carpet kam deke profit kamate hai builder. to day market rate is 20,000/sq.ft hai, agar har flat mein 10 sq. ft carpet bhi kam diya to 10*20000= 2,00,000 kamata hai builder. so before buying any flat do measure carpet area.
