I personally like the idea of being able to use my phone from reservation to check-in and in-room cos I don't have to worry about in-rooming my card. LOL.
Personally, I found it somewhat of a hassle to launch the app to get in the room.
But I like the idea (the second time).
Furthermore, the touch sensitivity of the sensor when entering a room was good, but I think the touch sensitivity when you go in the elevator is not so good.
I had to touch it for a little while (like 2 seconds) and then press the elevator button when it turned on the blue light.
I also felt that the touch location of the phone at the elevator location was too low and a little difficult to do.
In the future, it would be easier to unlock the room and elevator with the an Apple Watch, so please keep it up. I cheer for you Smart Inn Hotel!!
