I bought Maxblast 3000w 80l ( you can get a 50l) for £200. Changed the front connector for a Cyclonic side-entry Port ( cost me around £20) The suction is on par with a SkyVac Industrial. The down side - it's not as robust as a SkyVac Industrial. I had it for over 3 years before upgrading to the SkyVac Industrial and I still have the Maxblast as backup

I bought the 1500w Titan vacuum for gutter cleaning. I upgraded it to 38mm hose and it works great. I've now got some 50mm hose which I'm in the process of trying to fit.

Used screw fix vacs for last 4 yrs or more - cleaned many now - but you need to use 51mm all the way to vac - don't think it's ever blocked at the vac end - occasionally at the head which is easily resolved - loathed to spend any more on professional one - still have the same one still going strong!

@@SMOUT_ I use gutter vac systems reinforced hose - use the 51mm connectors Each end - it fits straight into screwfix vac snug fit - it's the 51mm you need for gutter vac -38mm too small in my opinion not only for blockages but for maximum suction as well

My titan has a little notch on the end of the hose cuff, so you twist the hose a few degrees on to the machine and it kinda locks it in place. I don't see any other hose ends with that little notch cut out, is yours the same?

Honestly pal, you really need to get into the mindset of buy cheap, buy twice... I totally understand that you're just starting out and upgrading as you go, but I would be sending that machine straight back. It will just fall to bits, as evidenced. Take the money and get a good quality 2nd hand machine. So many people sadly selling up kit at the moment. I've seen you're on the FB group so you know this. Fair play to you for what you're doing and trying to achieve but ultimately, tat is tat.

The vac will be fine - it's 1500w and motor is probably made in the same Chinese factory as the branded ones. Its from a good reputable supplier. The gutter vacs are good but heavily marked up as its a very niche industry with generally one off purchases. They have warehouses/staff etc and essentially sell gutter vacs to a select community and obviously need to be profitable. They will be better as specifically designed for that task but not 8 times the price. I agree though with other aspects such as pressure washers, save for best you can afford as reliability us worth the extra cost.

@@ryanmason491 Yes agree. I personally use an entry level machine compared to some of the big boys out there, but it does absolutely fine for domestic gutter cleans. I've used it on a few commercial jobs but I'm yet to get one big enough to warrant or require a bigger gutter vac. My comment was more in relation to the pressure washer set up. The Kiam stuff is just made to break sadly.
