I don’t they’re heavy enough!

They do leak after time, the best way to do this is line the inside of your sandbag with your generic zip lock bag and then insert the sand into the zip lock bag that's inside the sandbag then zip them all up.

So DIY sandbags is buying premade photographic sandbags and putting sand in them as intended? That's kind of like saying a microwave dinner is home cooking 😂
