Hello friends! Today we have an incredibly tasty and filling dinner made from simple ingredients that you can find at your local grocery store. Today we will prepare meat fritters and potato salad with pickled cucumbers, and complement the dish with a spicy tomato sauce according to my husband’s favorite recipe. ✔️ 3 medium potatoes, grated
✔️ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
✔️ 1 onion
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ 30 g (1 oz) butter
✔️ 1 tsp salt
✔️ 1 tsp paprika
✔️ black pepper
✔️ parsley

Tomato hot sauce 6:11
✔️ 200 ml (7 fl oz) tomato passata
✔️ 1/2 chili pepper
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ black pepper
✔️ 1/2 tsp salt
✔️ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
✔️ 1 tsp sugar
✔️ a few sprigs of parsley
German potato salad 9:27
✔️ 6 potatoes
✔️ 150 g (5.3 oz) pickled cucumbers
✔️ 1 purple onion
✔️ 4 tbsp canned peas
✔️ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
✔️ 4 tbsp sunflower oil with flavor
✔️ salt
