Poorest way to get in the Googan squad by bashing a Wal-Mart cheap bait and not giving the same effort as he did with Googan buzz bait. Maybe hide the your rod and hands next time from the video so your bashing doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

@@benbriggs7374 I agree, I like Logan’s videos but the bashing is a poor way of trying to move up the ladder. I mean to each their own but if I was the owner of a company such a Googan and saw this, I’d severely frown on it because of the obvious lips to ass going on. I don’t blame him for his ambition but I do frown on the path he’s taking to achieve his goals

Walmart buzz bait- catches the biggest fish in the video. Googan squad "hummer"- catches more fish, but the fish are small. Go with the Walmart buzz bait, cause it caught the biggest bass, and it's not a googan product.

I picked up an Ozark Trails spinnerbait because I didn't have anything in chartreuse and IT CAUGHT FISH! I check all my hooks out of the package and carry fine sandpaper for in-the-field honing. Don't be surprised with some of the lower quality tackle sometimes. It doesn't hurt as much when you lose it to the snag monster at the local swamp.

Hell of a nice fish Logan! The buzz bait was killing it , love the content man!🔥🔥🔥

I did a nonpartisan comparison to the Ozark trail square Bill vs the banger both in bluegill color one afternoon of fishing. I had opposite results. While the banger consistently caught bigger fish the Ozark trail brought in more fish. I personally like the banger better but if you are taking a new fisherman out and want them to catch numbers, those Ozark trails for 2 bucks are a steal. Also they seem to have a little better hooke than there buzz baits do. I'd love to see a video like that from ya next giving both equal time

The skirts don't last long on the dollar spinner/buzz baits, if you have spare skirts it's a good value, I have a few in back pack. But you get what you pay for.

Logan man, I feel like I’ve earned the right to give praise when I see it and constructive criticism when I see something I feel would be counter productive for you. I totally admire your goals and I know where you’re going with these videos. You’re a wonderful representative for the sport and I am expecting any day to see you sporting a Googan logo on your jon boat lol. I do however find it as a major slap in the face when the baits myself as well as many others use on a daily basis are being so negatively bashed. The dollar buzzbait, I agree, you didn’t need that trashy thing. Those are awesome buzzbaits to carry in your tackle for those days you have children with you who will cast everything they touch into a tree. Man, I love your videos though. People sometimes confuse your humor with arrogance, those are obviously the people who have that proverbial stick up their ass. Then there are times I look at my cell and just roll my eyes at you. Humility will take you a long way in life and so will the understanding that we all don’t run to a 7 dollar buzzbait. Keep up the great videos. I haven’t made any comments lately because I’ve been watching these whole loading coal so typing hasn’t been an option. Keep up the good work and keep growing that confidence and watch that sense of humor so people won’t mistake it for asshole arrogance lol. Those of us who have been here for what seems like the day you were born know better, but there are those who are just coming on board who don’t.

Ozark trail baits are too much of a gamble with their hooks. I like having that peace of mind while fishing that my hooks will hook. Also the consistency of the hummer is top tier.

i bought a hummer in blue gill colorway and second day using it i caught my new PB

Don't get me wrong Logan Anderson but what I'm talking about is give the same effort for both. And that would be like me comparing Zman to Googan as far as durability knowing Zman would clearly win because of the Elastek. Each brand of bait has its place in the water and I fish with all brands. Keep doing your videos but watch what you choose to do. A good fisherman in my eyes can catch fish with anything and not give less effort or poor effort to another bait or tackle. Love the sport for what it is and stay out of bashing and always give the truth and effort.

I have to agree with Ben in both of his comments that I have read on this video. You obviously fished the googan buzz bait much longer than the Walmart one, at least in the part of the video that we saw. Another thing that I noticed was the location that you fished each of them. The googan buzz bait was fished in the shallowest spots in the pond (where buzz baits are known to work best). Even with that you still caught the biggest fish on the Walmart buzz bait. Another thing I just don’t like is basically saying a product is crap. I get it you are affiliated with googan and all and you like their products but clowning on another brand automatically makes me want to turn away from your so called comparison videos. I’ve watched a lot of your comparison videos and literally no matter what happens throughout the video you always pick googan and talk negatively about the other brand. Just doesn’t give the video a good look. I know a lot of young anglers look up to KZread fishermen and gather a lot of information from videos so when you trash a brand and bang googan home what look are you giving to those youngsters?

I love googan buzzbaits but all three that I have either bought or got in a mtb, have all broken off 😭

I did this same comparison but in different ponds and the opposite result my cheap buzz bait kills it but my googan buzz bait doesn’t produce as much. Same color same size. Makes me wonder why this happens

I have to disagree with this video and how you did it. Let's state the obvious of Buzz baits...Googan had holes in propellers and the one you bought from Wal-Mart did not which the one with holes will cut thru water with a trailer better. Not only that, you horsed the one you caught on the cheap Wal-Mart brand around, so it was doomed to come off. Poor hook set versus you gave Googan all the praise. There is nothing wrong with Googan baits but when you do a versus video, give it the exact same respect as you do your own brand.

Idk man the Ozark Trail buzzbait caught the best one and you didn't fish it as long as the hummer. I feel like this was a little one sided. I would buy 3 of those before I bought the hummer.

Sadly the two wal-marts I have in my town don’t have hardly any Ozark trails lures or plastics so that’s lame because I’d definitely pick up a few things from them but I’d only pick a few specific things but my hunt isn’t over lol oh yeah they also lack on the googan stuff which is also booty man they definitely need to make sure they’re keeping up with there googan and ozark shit because I gotta go to dicks when that’s the case and they’re more expensive so yeah come on Modesto Wal-Mart step up your game
