Julie I would love for you to take us into your health journey and share any tips you can with us.

I was in a job that was pulling me further from God. He took that job away so that I could prepare myself for the blessings he had in store for me. That was 23 years ago, and I am still thankful for losing that job. I have also started reading my Bible again, and I’m grateful that you shared this with us.

What a breath of fresh air to hear someone share their love for Lord. I will never understand how people can hate on God and Christianity. I believe it’s become trendy in a broken world, it’s all over the music industry and Hollywood. I get how some people become influenced by that but I’ll never understand it, nor do I want to. Hi Julie dawn I am also a Christian and I'm currently looking for a church I feel comfortable in. Somewhere where God can use me as a vehicle to spread his message of love to those that need it most. I agree being Christian is more than just about a religion, it is a way of life. Our relationship with God our source and creator is where we get to grow and God loves to see us thriving the same way parents love to see their children thriving and growing. I love when you share your faith. This message resonated with me so much as I’m currently going through a divorce. It’s not something that I wanted, especially with small children involved. But I know that God is redirecting me and putting me back on the path He wants for me. I also drifted from Him and sadly I put my marriage on a pedestal and was always so afraid it would fail, which it eventually did. Now I’m so much more at peace even in the midst of this storm and I’m going to church again. So thank you for sharing your thoughts on faith and I hope you will more often in the future. ❤

Hey Julie. Thank you for being open about your faith and finding your way back to God. Our Lord is a very forgiving and merciful God and desires a relationship with us no matter how long we’ve strayed. I’m so happy for you that you’re close to Him again. It’s a wonderful feeling. I know personally that I couldn’t get through so many challenges I’ve had without God by my side. Living a fulfilled life is all about feeling good…physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Glad to hear more discussions about faith! We need more Jesus is this world ❤ I’m doing a one year plan to read the entire Bible. I’m using the Bible app & the plan is The Bible Recap with Tara Leigh Cobble. I really recommend it! It’s the only one I’ve been able to stick with and enjoy because she explains the readings so well. Thanks for sharing your story. ❤😊 You are an inspiration.

Welcome back into the fold! 😍🤩🥳. You are extremely determined and will meet your goals. I lasted three weeks on whole 30. I had to have a bowl of oatmeal!! I felt awful. My Husband enjoyed it. There’s hidden sugar in so many foods!!

So true there are a lot of hidden processed sugars in things! It's def not a diet for everyone but it's a good reset for me at least, so far I am feeling really good!

I went through menopause no matter what I ate it made me bigger. If I didn't eat didn't matter. Finally post menopause and l8st 25 pounds. Want to lose a lot more

NEW HERE: love your eye makeup clips; and, is Josh your husband? Ive been to the Bahamas didnt find it dangerous at all, not much in the way of beach where we went. the DR is a much better deal and ive been there twice, pretty safe; i never felt unsafe there. went horseback galloping on the beach, so fun!!!

I believe God uses His way to let us see that we’re straying and guides us back. Blessings to you for seeing what He wants for you. I too strayed years ago after my divorce then at a young age I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He literally showed me His path for me 🩷
