    Is there a CSV upload option in Quizzizz? You could ask ChtGPT to format the multiple choice questions in a table and copy and paste to a spreadsheet and then upload so you only have to copy and paste once. Works for me with Kahoot! I usually have to get the questions generated first like you did and the ask it to reformat in a table.

    Hana that's an awesome idea!! I will definitely be looking into that and if it can be done I'll make a video about it and give you a shoutout. Thanks for leaving a comment!

    @@markjodonohue I asked it to format the questions in a table that I could paste into Excel and it gave me one but at first without the answers filled in so I had to ask for that specially. I downloaded the sample template from Quizzizz, pasted it like that and it uploaded fine

    A very great way to use chatGPT and quizizz to help my work, thanks for sharing! Would it be easier to copy the questions and answer to a google sheet? I noted that quizizz can import quiz via google sheet. What's the steps to do it?

    I haven't thought of that! I imagine to save the amount of copies and pastes it would save a lot of time! I'll investigate that for sure. Thanks for the comment!

    I do that with google forms as it allows me to create a wider variety of different activities other than only quizzes.

    Thank you. Do you think AI can totally examine and grade students' tests and quizzes in the future?

    Hey Amin that's a good question. We already have simple programs which can mark multiple choice, so there's that already. So quizzes for the most part are done (e.g. Quizizz automatically marks for the kids), but anything where they have to show working out will of course be tougher. With that said, with the increases in AI technology I just have to believe it will one day be possible. Probably even within the next few years. That's pretty exciting I think, it would certainly free up more time for us to make amazing lessons!

    How do you keep students from cheating while using quizzing? Such as opening another tab to look up answers

  • @markjodonohue

    @markjodonohue

    Mostly just active monitoring. Also in my classroom I instill a big culture of "trying and failing is better than not trying at all", so I don't typically find my students care too much about getting stuff wrong, which also leads to them not looking to cheat. Of course there will always be students who look for shortcuts, but that's on them and not my problem.
