I can not imagine the power of a tornado. I love this phenomena since when I was 8 years old, I have seen more than 400 videos but I can not imagine the real force of the wind. Ok houses are destroyed but generally they are built in wood or plastic materials. Ok cars and tirs sometimes flow away but only in extreme cases. Really. I have not a real perception but one day I will wish to see one.

I don't think you should hope to see one in person. I have been through many since I live in Oklahoma. It's never good to encounter one of those- an Ef-5 hit my neighborhood and my house, I was looking through the security cameras in the storm shelter and it was not pleasant

I have seen a few tornados when i lived in Fort Wayne, IN worked on railroad. Went through on freight train intown of Nappanee, IN right before a tornado leveled part of it in early 2000s and was driving near Van Wert, OH when it was hit by tornado. I think its awsome to watch tornado from a distance.

Dude thats amazing I watch people that chase tornados or people who do videos whit big waves.

One of my biggest dreams for my channel is to go storm chasing. I find it interesting how beautiful these things are from a safe distance, and I’d love the opportunity to see one up close. Being a New Jersey doggo though I’ve never actually seen a tornado in person, but I’ve been under plenty of tornado warnings.

Hey Tom....thanks for the reply. FYI...I was a 30 year Air Traffic Controller at Atlanta, and had to study weather a LOT! If I did not become a controller, I probably would be doing what you are doing. I have a lot of respect for you who chase. Especially the calm, cool, collective ones..and that you are. My wife and I have been out west dozens of times, but never chased. Did more hiking and biking. But it is on my bucket list. I sure would like to know what software you use, but if it is top secret, I understand. Again, thanks for the reply....keep putting these vids up...totally subscribed my friend!

You would love storm chasing, I hope you do tick it off the bucket list one day, you might get hooked on it like me though! I use Premiere Pro to do all of my editing, it does a great job.

Huge Tornado. What an amazing and awesome sight for the beholder!! Here is nature at work with its beauty and danger at the same time. As a team of professional tornado chasers, I wish that you have gone forward more closer to it for filming it before the rain started, if that's possible. In this video I saw a car driving fast passing you, towards the direction of that tornado. I am writing this as a man who immensely liked watching the shattering, blockbuster movie "TWISTER". But I like to tell you that I have no physical experiences of Tornados as I live in South Asia. Thank you for the video! Sorry about the late comment.

You think that's thicc? The widest tornado ever recorded, which was in El Reno, OK. The entire wall cloud became a 2.5 mile wide tornado. The base was like a flat, hovering disc that threw down multiple large subvortices. It was an EF5.

lol those are power lines, and yes telephone piggybacks signal on them. They are everywhere though, unless you live in a city.

That shot at 2:30 is the makings for a scifi movie. Holy moses! magnificent to see, but scary as hell. While watching this video, I have the movie "Twister" playing. Funny how the music fits perfectly.

ive litteraly watched so many tornado videos because it was on my recommened thing and i searched up tornados and this video caught my eye this is the best video ive seen yet that torando is huge!!!!! Hope yall are safe because yall were brave to go see that, i would have been in my basement hiding or on the ground in a ball! 🤣

Yeah, and that was just the inflow from over a mile away from the tornado. I was shocked by how loud the wind was as the beast started roping out.

You could hear the rumble of the tornado as it moved across the ground! 👍

This was an awesome tornado for 2018. Right up there with Laramie ,Wyoming. Even though it was rated low end EF3, it was probably closer to EF4 in strength. This tornado just shows ya that violent tornadoes can and do occurr on high plains of Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. Hope you have successful 2019 chase season.

Thanks William, it was an incredible sight to see. The tornado did very little damage so it is very possible it had higher wind speeds at some stages. I will be out in late June again, very excited to be out there again.

@@brody_wx568 I know this tornado occurred in Montana. I just stated that this tornado was up there with the Laramie Wyoming tornado on June 6 2018 when it came to most photogenic tornadoes of 2018.

@@kev.6149 yes tornadoes are still rated based upon damage intensity. While hurricanes are rated based upon measured wind speeds. While this tornado was rated EF3 based upon damage to a farm stead. However visually it appeared more violent.

this was one of the worst tornado outbreaks of the 2010’s. I live in Ohio and an EF-4 Hit my house and a few of my friends houses. Luckily, we are all safe and I walked away with nothing on my body. You can still see the damage in the trees.

It’s crazy how quickly that tornado enveloped the entire storm, The tornado was forming off to the right hand side of the storm at first, but quickly became the centerpoint of the supercell and very large
