I've been missing Necromunda content from you, and here you come with Chase AND Delaque? You spoil us, Ash.

Appropriate to the theme of playing a game you haven’t played for a long time with a new player, I took Aristeia! to the FLGS yesterday. The proprietor hadn’t played it before and I haven’t since before COVID. We had a blast, I forgot how good a game it is.

Nacht-Ghul Serpent Fangs are Paired. Means they double the models number of Attacks, which on a Charge is 2+1 times two = 6. There's a reason they are one of the nastiest CC models in the game, you know aside from the whole Corpse Grinder gang. Also very nice to see some more Necromunda on the channel. Might even get the urge to paint back after that Purity Seal debacle ruined the paint job on my entire Delaque gang.

Mostly appeasing the engagement algorithm of KZread, but also throwing some interest into a Canadian crossover with Eric's Hobby Workshop and the most terrain-heavy game of Necromunda ever seen. It's like Europe up there, right? You guys basically just share a back yard. I'm sure there's no concern with logistics during winter.

I've been thinking about necromunda a lot lately, and it may be time to start playing. You're always an inspiration!

Paird weapons, Base attack x 2 on charge, +1 for 2 weapons +1 for charge, Nacht-Ghul with serpents fangs have 6 attacks on the charge

Remember you can shoot your own guys if you miss! Goliath could have taken out his own dude with that stub cannon

Might want to grab new rule book…can’t break out if web, just recovery check looking for flesh wound. Also in multiple injury dice apply them all!! Very deadly, tough game to jump back into without having to look up bunch of stuff

Also, I'm sure you're aware of it, but the updated Core Rulebook that came out recently makes some solid improvements to some of the mechanics (such as flesh wounds/serious injuries, assisting injured fighters, lasting injuries, xp gain, etc) that make the game even more enjoyable. The world needs more battle reports with those new rules!

Also check out the web rules! There is no action to break free from web (you might be thinking of the magnacles), that is done as a recovery test in the end phase. Also, the other fighter that was hit but not wounded by the web should have still been pinned. Not to complain, just clarify! Love your channel!

More Necromunda, especially now that they have a little more consolidation in the books. And I see Delaque web guns are still stupid. I actually try to avoid taking more than one type of web weapon each, otherwise it gets oppressive.

Not gonna lie, I'd be more excited for the 1995 version

This version is significantly deeper and well rounded but the new Core Rulebook does have some harking back to N95 so satisfies that requirement for most.
