I'm really surprised a major network hasn't snapped you up as a talent! You are so natural at these tours and interviews! But I'm so glad you are here on KZread and in control of your own content! ❤

This was so fun to watch. I could not stop laughing when all the ladies kept coming out of the house. You handled the impromptu visitors very well.
Linda, really enjoyed today's tour. Please tell you hostess and her friends they made it extra special. 😀
I love driving around older neighborhoods.... the people who are in cars behind me aren't very understanding about my slow driving. The houses have such humongous yards and are landscaped so beautifully. I think they were built during a time when people took pride in their yards and wanted to showcase them and make them feel welcoming.
Yes. I have purchased purple phlox that came back white
Linda, I’ve watched some other gardening KZread and I noticed you are really lucky to have Stuart! Those others make you I’ll watching. Yours, you don’t even notice the camera work because it’s so good. Well done Stuart.
OMG the outside window and front door arches are EVERYTHING!

Love these beautiful women who share their gardens. Thanks for sharing.
When I plant lavender I make a trench and fill 1 to 2 inches of rocks then fill with compost and soil, before I plant the lavender. Made a huge difference because the rocks help with drainage. Lavender does not like wet feet.
This episode was special! The garden was all that a yard could be, absolutely lovely! The kindness and respect that you showed to all the ladies are much appreciated. Have a great day and a big thank you Stuart, your talent makes everything better. If I were nearer, I"d make sangria. Always good on a hot day,
Oh yes how I love a bungalow!! Barbara is so graceful and kind to give us a tour.Thank you Linda and Stewart How fun to meet some new friends.
gardens are the best way to make friends. ❤️
As to your Question of the Day: I live in a 1905 Dutch Colonial in a mid-sized city in Wisconsin. I’m 3 blocks from the downtown. Many lovely historic neighborhoods in my city. Thanks for the wonderful tour!
What a delightful surprise! I just stepped inside to get out of the dreadful heat, and thought "Wonder what Linda & Stewart are up to today?" And....here you are! I don't have the ingredients for a mimosa, but I poured a glass of OJ and am sitting down to spend time with dear friends! Thanks guys!🍷🍷
I live in an older neighborhood, very thriving, active and desirable. We are about 10 minutes from downtown. All home styles are different, from 1920’s and 30’s tudors and bungalows, to 40’s colonials, to 50’s and 60’s ranches. It all flows beautifully.
What a gorgeous collection of natives and daylilles! I love the colors and variety of plants. What a fun ending! Thanks for the tour.
This home & garden are lovely! Yes, all the time- I love to cruise by older neighborhoods- especially the little houses 🥰🌿

Thank you for sharing this pretty garden and meeting the other ladies! It would be great to have a separate microphone for your guests.
I have a Mary's Gold daylily an I had 70 yes 70 buds on it this year it was absolutely amazing
Great vlog today. So wonderful to see so many ladies that garden and love to socialize!
Linda and Stewart you continue to amaze and impress me with your ability to entertain. Thank you. As always I look forward to the next video.
This was a beautiful garden and the ladies are just lovely! What a great group to be friends with. I always ride through the older neighborhoods here in Baton Rouge. I love looking at the gardens and the architecture of the homes.
Loved touring the garden and getting some new tips, but you know what is next, got to see the inside of that gorgeous bungalow!
I love your dress and the jewelry all looked great! Great bag, too. I really enjoyed this garden and all our new friends. ; ) Answer of the Day: I live in a rural area, bordering the woods of Tyler State Park. But I grew up in Tyler, TX, which has a spectacular thriving historic neighborhood near downtown. They have Spring azalea trails and Tyler boasts the largest municipal rose garden in the world, which is at its best in May and October. Cheers!

Loved the video! Thanks for sharing 👍 👌 👏 🥰
How wonderful! 🍹🌿🌺
This was wonderful! Lovely gardens. She is so fortunate to have what looks like a fun group of friends. 😊
I used to drive through this beautiful, older neighborhood now and then to see all the foliage grown up, and admire the older homes. Used to live in one back in the 70's, and 80's. Love it. Now, we're older and in a newer neighborhood so I must travel to see the older ones, in Suburbs of Portland, Oregon. This was a great video. beautiful garden tour. How fun to have all these ladies pop out of the house. I was all smiles. You ladies are lovely and Linda, you always look so put together. So enjoyed it. thank you. love, hugs, prayers.
Linda I am so impressed these are all interested in gardening. Some people thinks when they reach a certain age let's sit down and cry for pain or old age get active in your garden, and home. Age is only a number get friends who are constructive and active. Very Very proud of all those ladles go girls go. I am also a gardener from Trinidad.
What a wonderful group…. I envy.
Oh My Gosh! I loved this video!!!!! All those wonderful ladies!!!!!!! I was laughing so hard here all by myself! What a wonderful group of women that love the garden, ...... and mimosas! I loved the entire video! What joy you bring to sooo many, Linda.! and Stewart!!!!!! Still laughing !
This was a fantastic episode! Love hearing tips for gardening from you lovely ladies.
Such a beautiful garden and nice community of gardeners!
I so enjoyed the ladies and the native garden. So precious is her private area. You looked so refreshing in your outfit. I too love the summer loose fitting dresses. Thank you so much for these kinds of garden visits.
What a beautiful garden!! I think most of us think of the Dayliles that grow in the ditches everywhere but now they have some out there that look like peony’s!! One beautiful one is Siloam peony display!!! 🌸🌸
I really enjoyed this! Such a charming home & garden.
So lovely and interesting just watching and listening to you ladies. Linda this is so nice to see how other people garden and the plants they choose for their gardens. Thank you for doing these videos for us!! ❤️😊
What a wonderful surprise at the end.
Love this tour. Liked the house and gardens especially the courtyard area. Lovely women. I think you could find great old houses in most towns and cities. I lived in Evansville and worked downtown. I walked at lunch time to see the old Victorian Homes overlooking the Ohio river other areas also had Tudor styles and others. I now live in the country by fields of corn and beans. Wildlife fir neighbors
Natives, yes! We all have different native plants, but it’s always a good thing to include.
I absolutely love your channel and your book. You are such an inspiration! Thank you!!!!!! Jen-zone 6 In PA.
Charming is right! What a lovely neighborhood: We live in a historical preservation district, Madison GA (40 miles due East of Atlanta). We just moved here a few months ago, but love the charm of the local homes and the beauty of many of the great colonial style and Georgian estates. It is what drew us here-all the way across the country! Well that, and the beautiful gardens of the south. 😄
Thank you Linda for being so positive and supportive of other gardeners, you are a great role model.
Beautiful bungalow I’m in zone 9 it’s just too hot out there for me, but I love a day Lilly. Barbara was so gracious.
We live in a 1948 brick bungalow neighborhood, everyone takes pride in their yards and home not everyone gardens but everyone keeps their area clean..I retired in 2019 and have added raised beds and a 40 by 6 foot street side bed this year !
Such a beautiful home and garden!
As a matter of fact Linda, I think HGTV should pick you up to do a Gardening Show. You would be so good and very informative to us ‘gardeners’. 😊❤️
Thank you Linda and Barbara for such a lovely garden tour and yes that is Rue!! Barbara Gorman
Hi, I was out in my yard early today to beat the heat, and came in to cool off. What a beautiful surprise to this garden experience. You never cease to amaze me with your open spirit to learn from another gardener. I am well aware of your experience and knowledge, but am learning from you how to be more open minded. I truly loved watching these beautiful friends open their love of friendship and their love of gardening. I had shared a glass of wine and showed off my work today too. Thank you ❤
I live near an older town called Naperville Illinois they have a few streets with what they call painted Ladies just lovely.❣️
What a wonderful garden and a new group of gardening friends. I loved the ending. Going to cruise Amazon to find those dresses with the pockets. Need to get out of shorts and capris in our hot, humid weather in Southeast FL.
Loved all those adorable ladies who bombed you at the end, my kind of crew! Mimosa's for everyone in the GARDEN! Heavenly! We are off to our home in Colorado as I love those summers in the mountains...I will watch for you and your husband possibly in the streams fly-fishing!

Oh my day lily buds are delicious in salads!
Oh my word I’m jealous of meeting new cool friends and drinks on top with great garden tips!!
TONS of old neighborhoods in and around the Pittsburgh area - some well kept and loved, some not. Some have stayed single one-family homes, but many have been converted into apartments. Barbara, I love your older Golden retriever - I have a 13 year old and he is my 3rd. My fav breed for sure. You have a wonderful group of friends. Thank you for sharing your charming home and really beautiful gardens!! I just love your composition of textures, colors, and plants. The day lillies are really amazing, too.

Yes! I live in a northwestern suburb of Chicago and we have loads of older neighborhoods that are full of charm throughout the area! One of our favorite drives to take is up Sheridan Road starting in Evanston. The homes and landscaping is fabulous!
i live in the country, a few miles from my home is Raymond, Ms. It is a historical town of one of the Civil War battles. There is a famous courthouse that has been restored and many homes that were spared. The gardens are beautiful. Also, 2 hours away is Natchez, Ms. a beautiful town with many historical homes and gardens. If you ever get a chance to visit Ms, you must visit Natchez!
I loved today’s video!! Just love the ladies! And those old homes I like 👍
Beautiful tour! Thank you. I live in a New England town, population about 25,000. Many towns here are hundreds of years old so there are lots of interesting homes. Plymouth is America's hometown and about 40 minutes away where the Mayflower lives in the harbor.
Such a charming home and lovely ladies but that dog on the front porch...he killed it...love it!!

Yes! The grasshoppers are so bad at my farm this year. We are between Stillwater and Tulsa. Not much will kill them. Even my kitties can’t eat enough of them!
Love the older homes and gardens, that's why I watch your youtube! Our house is in a historic district and the neighborhood gets together for different activities, tomorrow Yoga in the park. I love our house, but it needs a lot of work. My husband and I spent the day looking for windows to replace the rotting ones. I am not a DIY person when it comes to the house stuff, but I love working in our garden. Keep up all the fun and creative work you are doing and encouraging those who want to make their house a home.
Such a fantastic video! I loved this bungalow garden tour. The daylilies are spectacular! I paused this video & found a daylily grower in my area who has the "Fire on the Mountain" bright red-orange with yellow center daylily & ordered two of them. I love daylilies & iris! (Really I love all plants) I have a friend in my garden club who recently skid she didn't get daylilies since its flowers just lasted one day until she realized how many buds each plant has. Lol! This garden was so gorgeous! Lovely lady & friends! Your dress is beautiful! I love old historic houses. I lived in one in downtown Atlanta for 27 years. Neighborhood house tours are so fun!
I live in a tourist town on Lake Erie, Canada. I'm in a new sub, but would have loved to have an older home. The architecture is stunning!
Stroudsburg, PA has a wonderful downtown with many late 1800s buildings and three streets with beautifully maintained late 1800's-Early 1900's homes. We dearly love touring the bungalow areas in Pasada, CA, too.
Linda, you are so real and humble. Please don’t change. And of course I love all your videos and learn so much from you. Your inspirations have elevated my yard to look their verybest. I wish I could come to Oklahoma just to see your gardens. God bless you for being you!
Yep and they are walking distance. I love doing my morning walk through the streets and each have their beautiful charm. Covina California
Love the peach color lily by the salvia
That was so sweet! I'd love to live where I had gardening friends come by!! Blessed ladies! Enjoy!
I really love your videos. You are always kind and I thought it was very thoughtful what you said at the end about sharing your new friends with your community. Also loved your sandals!
Linda,I love driving through old neighborhoods just to see the curb appeal and color,of gardens and front door colors. I live in a old logging town,2.5 miles out,in a small ranch,at the base of a mountain.
Yes, I have an old neighborhood in Niles ,Ca . It was where in 1912 the silent film company Essanay made more than 300 films. Charlie Chaplin made his early silent films in Niles. I sometime drive there and park, Then I just walk thru the main street antique shops and then walk the neighborhoods behind . I get lost in the houses and gardens. A mini vacation 5 minutes from home
Beautiful garden tour + beautiful ladies! Linda you look stunning in this dress.
Loved this video. Smiling the whole time I was watching. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Linda and Stewart That was such a nice visit and I really enjoyed how you ended it with the nice group of women. You both have a great job here doing this through yt. Excellent work today. See you live tomorrow !
Totally delightful and charming!!! I so enjoyed this video!!!
Hello Linda, Stewart and all our new friends . What a gorgeous garden , thanks for sharing . I had just finished weeding our veggie garden and corn garden to come in and see a tour of the beautiful day lillies and other fun flowers .. I needed the break , now I want a mimosa 😁🥂, I'll settle for a glass of reisling . Cheers all 💛
Great loved the garden and all the ladies, I know it is difficult to source these gardens, but they are so wonderful, so keep finding them. I have learned so much about your state and city. LOVE IT
The day lilies are beautiful as well as your entire gardens. I have collected day lilies also, from a hybridizer from Miami Univ in Oxford OH who started Top-O-Hill Daylilies. He passed away several years ago and his daughter took over to finish the projects he began. He developed some beautiful plants!
I enjoyed the tour😊 Lovely ladies 😁
Jenny on Gardening with Creekside had a vine growing in her raised bed and it was an invasive parasite plant. Linda, your friend may want to check and make sure the little vine she showed is not the same. The daylilies are beautiful! Thank you for taking me along.
Loved it! Love the garden community of seemingly fun ladies! I may move to OKC!😘
How enjoyable to meet these wonderful gardeners in a lovely old neighborhood. We do live vicariously thru you. Thank you so much Linda and Stewart.
Gorgeous collection of daylilies. I have a very large collection developed over many years, but they were discovered by deer about 5 years ago. I rarely get a flower anymore because deer devour every bud. Spraying works for many of my plants but even continual spraying doesn't keep them away from the daylilies. The foliage is beautiful but I can't stand the heartbreak of the flowers being eaten every year so am replacing them with natives and deer resistant plants. I live in the Washington DC area and we have many thriving historic neighborhoods. I love seeing historic neighborhoods in other cities and you are an amazing interviewer. Love the way you notice small design details that the homeowner may not have even been aware of.
Great garden tour!
I've always loved driving through neighborhoods. Makes me feel like I belong & get ideas for gardens. Loved the arched door & window. Love your outfit & did Stewart have a nice trip to Vegas? My daughter has lived in Boulder City for about 35 years. Completely different than Vegas area.
Thank you for sharing your new friends with me. This was inspiring and enlightening. I have a few of those interesting day lilies. Always a learning experience. ❤️the tour!
Loved this garden tour! I learned so much about natives. Once again, Linda, you are on point 💚
