And the best part is, they could very easily spoil it by ... Not getting pressed about it! Although I wonder if the toning down of rainbow capitalism this year is a good or bad sign. On the one hand it's obviously just pandering, which is annoying. But the fact that it coincides with a right wing rise is really scary.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court, on Wednesday June 12, dismissed the lawsuit by Lessie Benningfield Randle and Viola Fletcher, the last two survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. 😡 👍🏾 Like if you feel the Oklahoma Supreme Court decision was wrong.

I went to the Juneteenth festival in Portland, OR. It was really nice, no violence, just people celebrating our culture. It was diverse and friendly.

Have you been to Juneteenth in Galveston? They really go all out- so much so that I looked up more about the holiday and learned why Galveston is so into the celebration. I felt fortunate that I was able to be there on vacation then.

Nice!!!😊 Unfortunately, approx. 150 mis-guided youth up North, told themselves that poor behavior is tolerated at the Juneteeth fest. Looks like a game of cat and mouse between dem youth and cops. Go figure🤔

I'm up north as well farm country in Upstate NY. And let's say.....me and my family were the only black people👀 at the Juneteenth celebrations this weekend. However it was lovely !!❤❤❤ I liked Sunni's celebration ❤❤

I relocated south and was nervous about the festival down here. It was beautiful and everyone behaved themselves. It was like night and day from when I lived in the tri state area
