The thing to say when one doesn't see the nuances. You see her coming out with the robes and the same music and automatically think it's the same old thing, when you ignore her demeanor. Just because her visual presentation stays the same doesn't mean her attitude and personality is the same. Heel Charlotte acts entitled and egotistical because of the Flair legacy, face Charlotte acts like a custodian of the Flair legacy. One is arrogant, the other is confident. One looks down upon her opponents, the other doesn't underestimate them. One doesn't care about what people say about her, the other has vulnerabilities and insecurities about living up to her last name and is affected by the remarks that she's been handed her success. How is this a character with no layers and dimensions? If you can't see past the entrance and the theme song, that's on you.
