Charlie Woods Outdrives Tiger For The First Time 🤯 | TaylorMade Golf
Спорт
Tiger Woods and Collin Morikawa are chatting it up warming up for the range reveal and Collin asks Tiger if he's been beaten by Charlie yet. All golf dads know deep down that moment is coming… So here’s to staving it off for one more year. 💪 Happy Father’s Day, from Team TaylorMade

@Shweezyy - The proud moment when a dad sees he needs to get ready for that first legitimate loss to his son. It's both an ego bruiser and a proud moment. Well, at least we all know there is something that lays between golf and booty in Tiger's life....His son (and daughter).
His “it’s coming” is something every sports father can relate too. Knowing there is a day when your son started beating you is such an honor and gut wrenching reality all mixed together.

Humbling and awesome feeling as a dad all at the same time.

Pro or top amateur golfers don’t act as golf instructors for their sons for the same reason they don’t act as driving instructors for their sons. Charlie has his own swing instructor. There is plenty on the mental side of the game, which is actually more important than swing mechanics,,that Tiger can instill in his son. Tiger messed around with his swing unnecessarily and that cost him many more wins than he otherwise would have achieved had he stayed with the swing he had when Butch Harmon was his coach. That swing produced a 15-shot victory in the 2000 US Open.? So, it wasn’t like his game was crying out for a swing change.

Yeah not sure he's written in as "could be as good as the best golfer to ever live (or 2nd best besides Jack, depending on how you view it). He's got all the resources but you're forgetting that something in Jack, something in Tiger made them different than the entire fucking fields they played with. I mean Tiger was doing drills with the military, and would have well surpassed Jack by now if he could have just hired a driver to take him everywhere he went. Even when Elin 9 ironed his escalade, had he had a driver he would have escaped rather than hitting a tree
